Shaun Daly, MD


Dr. Shaun Daly has been board-certified by the American Board of Surgery (ABS) in general surgery. He  has been fellowship trained and specializes in surgery for weight-loss, gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastric malignancies, esophageal motility disorders, and hernias of the hiatus, groin, and abdominal wall in additional to a comprehensive list of diseases affecting the upper GI tract, gallbladder abdominal solid organs. Dr. Shaun Daly is trained in the use of LINX for reflux management.

Dr. Shaun Daly sees patients at his Mission Surgical Clinic in Corona, and at UC Irvine Health in Orange. Additionally, Dr. Shaun Daly sees patients in Victorville.

Dr. Shaun Daly earned his medical degree at Rush University Medical College in Chicago. He stayed and completed his general surgery training at Rush University Medical Center and the John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County. He went on to complete a fellowship in advanced minimally invasive GI surgery and bariatric surgery at UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange.

Dr. Shaun Daly is an active member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, the America Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and the Association for Academic Surgery. He has published for then 20 peer-reviewed manuscripts in his field and has presented at many national conferences. He currently sits on several national surgical committees.
